Delivering The Goods!

Many items on our site are readily available in our warehouse and we attempt to ensure that all orders of such items placed with us by 12:00 p.m. GMT Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time are processed on the next working day. Actual shipment or pick up is dependent on carrier cut-off times. The time your order takes to reach you varies according to the delivery method you select. In cases where we do not have an item in stock and have to get it manufactured, then delivery takes a little longer. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

DHL (Worldwide)

In most cases our international orders are sent by DHL, but on certain occasions Royal Mail International service is also used. Delivery charges are calculated by the system depending on the option selected in your basket and are displayed on the order summary page on checkout.

Customs Information

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents as well as a description of the items.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "gift” but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. The recipient must pay Additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they will be. Customs policies vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

Rajvar Technologies will accept returns of books with a delivery note, within 7 days of purchase. If you have no invoice, please return the book with a copy of the paypal acknowledgement email you received on placing your order. Returned items must be in resalable condition.

When returning items, please indicate the reason for your return on the reverse side of the packing slip and include the packing slip in the box. For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post. Please send all returns to:

Rajvar Technologies cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. All returns, including any credits applied for return shipping charges, will be credited to your credit/debit card account. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement.
